I had never had a reiki session before, and I didn't know what to expect. At the time, I was reeling from a recent foot injury. I was in pain and discouraged by my newly limited mobility. It was clear from the moment the session began that Kara was going to be present with me for whatever showed up: intense emotion, even grief and pain. Her healing presence grounded the session, and helped me to move into a new season of regeneration - for my foot and my heart.

My first Reiki session with Kara was amazing! Very relaxing and empowering. Her energy and healing space were warm, welcoming, and accepting. I could palpably feel the pure healing energy flowing from her hands from the beginning to the end of the session. Afterwards I felt empowered and more deeply connected to myself. I am in the middle of a career change and was feeling a bit stuck. Since my session with Kara, I have felt so many new ideas and inspiration flow!! She also had some intuitive ideas come through that really resonated and have been very helpful in steering me in the right direction. Very exciting! I highly recommend energy work with Kara!
